Delivery Information
We offer FREE STANDARD DELIVERY to any address in Clitheroe and the following postcode areas (BB1, BB5, BB6, BB9, BB10, BB11, BB12 and parts of BB8,BD23, PR3 and BB18) Monday to Saturday on items over £100.00. Deliveries to any address out of these postcode areas but within our delivery areas of (BB2, BB3, BB4 and parts of BB8, BB18, BD23, BD24, PR3 and PR5) will be charged at £15.00. What is a standard delivery?
Our standard delivery is free to ground floor for standard sized appliances (Washing Machines, Tumble Dryers, Dishwashers, Cookers, standards size refrigeration)
- Product delivered within the agreed time frame
- Product placed inside the house in room that best suits you
- Product unpacked and checked to ensure there is no cosmetic damage
Two man delivery & large appliances
For large appliances such as range cookers, side by side refrigeration you will need to select a two man delivery option at checkout. If your appliance is to be delivered to above ground floor or has more than 4 steps please select two man delivery. Failure to select this will result in a ground floor delivery and re-delivery charges will be applied.
Small Appliance Delivery
Small appliances such as microwaves, kettles, toasters, vacuum cleaners & food mixers etc. under £100 are delivered at a cost of £10 within the 10 mile radius.
Missed Deliveries
Where delivery has failed due to customer not being in on pre arranged delivery slot, there is a re-delivery charge of £10.
